Champion Karate and Fitness was established in 1997 to teach the traditions of Shotokan Karate-Do and Okinawan Kobudo in a safe fun family atmosphere. The word “Do” means “Way”, emphasizing that this art is taught foremost to develop and improve the lives and character of all its practitioners not to win medals and trophies. Champion Karate has been teaching quality family karate in Douglasville since 1997. Don’t be fooled by imitators, we are the best in the business!
Other training programs offered include: Karate Aerobics, fitness classes, Traditional weapons by certified instructors (the only certified teachers in the area!); weight training and free use of the facility; special self-defense classes and seminars, and competition team training for those students who qualify.
The rules and guidelines are strict, but our students benefit from both the quality and experience of our staff. You Do Not have to be an athlete or competitor in order to find your true potential by coordinating mind, body and determination.
